At MKE Custom Design, each product is built with care — some by hand, some by machine, all by passion.
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Returns & Refunds Overview

Because many of our items are custom-made or produced in limited batches, our return guidelines vary slightly depending on the item.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Products damaged in shipping

  • Incorrect items received

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Missing parts from BrickinFast kits

To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products

  • Custom-designed signage

  • Personalized items

  • Opened BrickinFast kits where pieces have been mixed, lost, or used

We may still help you depending on the situation — just reach out.


How to Request a Return

Email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any defects or damage

  • A short description of the issue

We respond quickly (usually same day).


Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Depending on the bank, it may take 3–7 business days to appear.


Replacements

If a BrickinFast kit arrives with missing or damaged pieces, we’ll send replacement parts free of charge.

Custom signs may be replaced or repaired depending on damage.


Shipping Costs

If the mistake is ours → we cover return shipping.
If the return is customer preference → return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
